The scope, frequency, and cost of Services are determined by individual service agreements. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue Services if:

Payment is not received
The property conditions pose a safety risk
Customer violates these Terms of Service
Customer is abusive or disrespectful to staff

3. User Accounts

If you create an account with us, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your password
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services.

4. Acceptable Use

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS OR $500, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability, so the above disclaimers may not apply to you.
